   Graphic artist, illustrator, and painter. Essentially a self-taught artist, but did study in Paris, moving to Berlin at the outbreak of World War I to study under Emil Orik. Most of his art focused on the female form, much of it erotic, usually in the form of portfolios of prints — such as "Freundin-nen," "Orgien," etc., often producing spanking and flagellation scenes.
